Getting started

totle is currently offered as a desktop application exclusively for Windows.

We also provide a web version compatible with both macOS and Windows, and it is currently accessible on the Microsoft AppSource Marketplace. Click here to learn more about totle for Outlook on the web.

User Requirements

  2. Download version only works with Windows Outlook Desktop version.
  3. Compatible for Windows 7 or later versions.
  4. Compatible for Outlook 2007 (Microsoft 365) or later versions.

Download & Install

Outlook Desktop Version

  1. Download the totle Installer for Windows.
  2. Once the .exe file has been downloaded to your computer, open the folder then double-click the installer app to launch and begin installation.
  3. Once the download is complete, sign in or create an account.
  4. After that, you can start using totle.

Install for Outlook on the Web

If you are using any of the Outlook versions stated below, you can use totle for Outlook on the Web version.

How to install totle for OWA?

  1. Go to Office.com and login to your account.
  2. On the left-side menu panel, click the Outlook icon to launch OWA.
  3. On the Home tab menu, click the Get add-ins icon.
  4. On the add-in search bar, type in "totle" and press Enter.
  5. Click the Add button to install totle.
